Tripplo’s hotel summary
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 20 October 2026 · How we review hotels
Sea views from the rooms make Portals Hills Boutique Hotel a good fit for couples who want a stylish base near Portals Marina, with a little evening life on site. Each of the spacious, modern rooms has a private balcony, and some suites go further with Fendi furniture, a roof terrace and a private lift. The outdoor pool is set among gardens, there is a pool bar and a restaurant, and breakfast gets the day off to a strong start. The marina, with its yachts and waterfront dining, is a 15-minute walk away. The on-site night club is the trade-off: light sleepers may notice it, particularly in rooms close to the venue.
Guests score it 9.2 out of 10 — the average across the 54 hotels we list on Mallorca is 9.1.
- Every room is designed to capture the coastal outlook, with a private balcony extending the living space outdoors and framing views over the Mediterranean.
- Select suites feature Fendi furniture, private elevators, and rooftop terraces, giving guests a distinct sense of place beyond standard five-star amenities.
- The on-site night club adds to the property's social atmosphere but could be a consideration for guests seeking an early bedtime, especially in rooms closer to the venue.
- The most distinctive design elements, such as Fendi interiors and private terraces, are reserved for higher-category suites rather than standard rooms.

Reviews from Google“Great hotel, would definitely come back here! Amazing service, good room, very fine breakfast, nice pool, and perfect location. The suite was perfect with a great size and frequent housekeeping. Only minor thing was the music by the pool that was on all day and evening, and we could hear it in the suite. Also the gym is really small but has a few good equipments.”
“I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly outstanding – every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved the breathtaking view from my room, which made the whole experience even better. The food was incredible – each meal was fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared. Even in November, the hotel offers a wide range of activities, including bicycles and scooters or gym, so there’s always something to do. Highly recommended!”
“We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t find a single fault. The views of the sea were absolutely stunning, making for a perfect backdrop. The breakfast spread was extensive, with something for everyone. The eggs Benedict, in particular, was my favorite. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of—nothing was too much trouble for them. As a thoughtful touch, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which made our stay even more special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!”
“Design pops, executed with flair and brilliance. All elements the perfect combination of artistry meeting practicality. Rooms are luxurious and thoughtfully laid out. Details are original and combine for a comfortable tranquil environment. A hotel that is pricey that is worth every penny. Super luxurious sheets combine with the finest of beds. Blackout blinds that work meant a long uninterrupted sleep. 11/10. !”
“Four days to experience a lovely hotel , well located above Portals. Staff are attentive, rooms are fabulous most overlooking the bay. Breakfast outdoor space creates a lovely start to the day with a great selection of food.”
