“For any traveler looking for great value, incredible service and prime location this hotel should be your top choice. With only 16 rooms, Can Alomar is quiet and sophisticated with highly attentive and personal service. On top of that, the hotel’s Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant is a welcomed break from traditional tapas and was arguably the best meal we had in Palma. Lastly, Daniel - the hotel’s guest experience manager - is incredibly well connected across the island and secured us reservations at all of the top restaurants no matter the town or affiliation to the hotel. For travelers who want to be plugged into all the best local restaurants, this was a huge difference that we didn’t expect and made our stay truly special.”

“Hi I want to share this post because we stayed at Can Alomar hotel. The staff service was second to none. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Nothing was a problem throughout our stay. Lovely food and they are happy to go off the menu if you’re a vegetarian. Patricia the duty manager will go above and beyond to make your stay hassle free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. “This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely disappointing. No one from the hotel assisted us with our luggage. The staff accompanying us had to carry all of our bags themselves. Even after informing the reception that our luggage was still outside, no one came to help. What was even more frustrating was that the hotel never clearly informed us during the booking process that children were not accepted. This is essential information that should be made very clear before guests complete their reservation. On top of that, the staff were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any of the issues we raised. The level of service was far below what anyone would expect from a five-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating. Based on the service and overall guest experience, I would rate it no higher than a three-star hotel. A truly disappointing stay. This is the room cleaning!!!! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻”

“Used to come here regularly but today we were told that”since 2012 we are adults only”. Strange as my whole family along with my family 10 year old daughter were here last summer sitting in the terrace for an aperitif. RESPONSE TO HOTEL’S RESPONSE: My parents and I stayed at Can Alomoar when I got married in Mallorca in 2017. Have been back regularly. I have been there on more than 2 occasions with my daughter (who is 10 now) with the most recent being last year where my family and in-laws enjoyed drinks and snacks on the terrace. We’ve also eaten in the restaurant. I understand wanting to preserve a certain atmosphere for your guests but this isn’t a group of loud children an adult only resort. Extremely disappointing and will not be coming back anytime soon. Thanks for the memories.”
