“We had a memorable stay this summer at the Peninsula. The staff are very kind and welcoming. They were very helpful and Fadi the director of guest relations, Rachid from the front disk, the staff at the Bar Jail, Adam, Sami and Nevien were so helpful and they made our stay comfortable and Memorable. I always choose the Peninsula as my Parisian home as It is the best in terms of it welcoming a helpful staff in the front desk, the concierge, the bar and the lobby. I will keep choosing the peninsula. Afra Mubarak Al-Qahtani”

“An unforgettable birthday experience at The Peninsula Paris. I stayed at the hotel on my own during my birthday, and the entire experience was beautiful, warm, and exceptionally thoughtful. I would especially like to recognise Rachid Elouakhoum, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel completely different, unique, and truly memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional, but Rachid was the person who made the experience truly unforgettable. He is an outstanding representative of The Peninsula’s hospitality. Thank you, Rachid, and thank you to the entire Peninsula Paris team for such a meaningful and beautiful stay. I will always remember it and would be delighted to return.”

“Great location, especially if you want to stay close to the Champs-Élysées. The service was good, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the hotel feels dated and would benefit from a renovation, especially the hallways and guest rooms. There was no distinctive hotel scent, and some areas had noticeable odors. Compared to The Peninsula London, the difference in room quality, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall modern feel is significant. A good hotel for the location, but the rooms and corridors need updating.”

“Just got back from an amazing stay at The Peninsula Paris with my family, and I have to say, we loved every minute of it! Cleanliness: The place was spotless! You could really tell they care about keeping everything super clean, which was awesome since we had the kids with us. Location: The location is perfect! We could easily stroll around and check out all the famous spots in Paris. It made exploring the city a breeze. Food:The food was fantastic! We tried most of the menu in the Lobby and In-room Dining, and every meal was delicious. There were so many options, even for the picky eaters in our group! Family-Friendly: They really know how to cater to families. The staff was super friendly and made sure our kids had a great time too. It felt like they went the extra mile for us. Overall, our stay at The Peninsula Paris was just incredible. I can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Paris—this hotel will definitely be our top choice!”

“I do not really know where to start as the Peninsula Paris is one of the few places in Paris where Palace service is combined with an elegant and friendly service. Their product is one of the finest you can find in the capital and so is their team. After a most restful night in one of their luxury rooms, we did really enjoy the breakfast in the main dining room at the lobby level and the perfect service from Guillaume and his colleagues. We shall be back for sure to appreciate more of their exceptional service since our time there was very limited. I'd recommend the Spa mood when you take a bath in your own room and the French toast for breakfast. What a Wonderful Hospitality World!”
