The estate dates from 1679 and sits in a large garden on the slope above town, about 1 km from the centre, with rooms furnished in family antiques and views over the rooftops to the mountains. This is not a ski-in/ski-out address: the Hornbahn I lift is about 600 m away, and the free shuttle runs to the Hornbahn and the Hahnenkammbahn throughout the day.
