Reviews from Google“This is an overdue late review that was meant to be left awhile back. We travel frequently and always enjoy staying at Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world, and Mandarin Oriental Paris truly stood out with their central location and service. The front desk team created a memorable stay - instinctive and genuinely personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly attentive during our stay during Christmas. My daughter was very happy and felt very special. A special thank you to Claire and her exceptional team for making us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. Their ability to anticipate our needs and create such a welcoming experience is exactly what defines true luxury hospitality. Thank you for taking such great care of us!”
“We stopped by the bar for a cocktail and were served by Nelson. He was incredibly kind and made us feel very comfortable. The service he provided was outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re looking to spend a great evening in Paris. Nelson, thank you for everything!”
“There are so many things to say it's hard to focus on just a few! First and foremost, the entire staff from the greeters, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant were no less than amazing. On our first day, Ana greeted us at the front desk and escorted us to our beautifully appointed room FULL OF ROSE PETALS and special treats, as we were celebrating our anniversary! She made sure everything was in order and that we wanted for nothing. Then the bellman (?) , Emmanuel, brought up our bags and also made sure we had everything we needed. He even drew us a map of local sites we could walk to after we rested from our flight. Housekeeping left daily little touches that meant so much. They even left a bookmark on the book I was reading and left on the beatable. Daily trips to the front desk were never lacking...the entire staff always pleasant and accommodating. The Concierge, Emmanuel, was an absolute delight every day with helpful information, warm conversation, and a truly memorable representative of your hotel overall. We can't say enough about him! He oversaw the entire operation with aplomb. A greeter, Tony, at the front door provided help and a bright smile, as did Alexi. They were so much more than representatives at the door. They took the time to focus on and welcome us each time we passed. Each morning we were made to feel at home by Daniel and his efficient staff, especially the server, Eliza. What a wonderful way to start the day...with Daniel making sure all in the restaurant was in order, and Eliza making sure breakfast was just right. Helen, a personable server at the restaurant in the evening, went over and above when we had a delicious dinner, making suggestions of wine and other pairings. When leaving to catch our flight, Alexi again, Yusef and Faisel helped us into the car with a warm smile and wave which was representative of the whole experience. As you can tell, we remember the names of your staff because they made our stay the wonderful experience it was. We truly couldn't ask for more and will always remember them...even those we couldn't name. We had a wonderful time at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Thank you! Bruce and Robin”
“The level of hospitality was exceptional. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel very welcome. We’d happily stay again!”
“Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Paris for 3 nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed throughout the stay. The rooms were also very spacious, especially for Paris standards, and beautifully maintained. The hotel delivered a true 5-star experience with outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. Would absolutely stay here again.”
