Reviews from Google“This place was perfect, along with the access to their sister property country club. Staff were all top notch. Rooms elegant and traditional riad with gorgeous gardens, stained glass and pool. Restaurants delicious. Highly recommended for those new to Morocco”
“We were just at the cooking class at La maison Arabe and we cant stop talking about what a great time we had. Everything from the welcome and the amazingly grand kitchen filled with everything we need and more. Beautifully decorated. The staff kept us well entertained and took good care of us. It was funny, entertaining and very informative. After finishing cooking we sat down all together at this elegant table and enjoyed our delicious warm meal and dessert. We went home with an unexpected gift bag that I’m very grateful for. We went home with a smile on our face and a full belly :)”
“I took their cooking class here and it was AMAZING. The dish I prepared was literally the best meal I've eaten this far. The staff was so nice and professional and educated us with the team ceremony and about spices. We had a great group and everything was perfect. Highly recommended”
“Our stay at La Maison Arabe was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The riad is beautiful and perfectly located—an oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The cooking class is an absolute must-do! It was such a fun and authentic experience, Dada and Mohamed were wonderful! The Country Club is also a wonderful bonus. Having access to the pool just outside the hustle and bustle of the Medina made the experience even more relaxing. The staff were all incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone visiting Marrakech.”
“My husband and I spent a few days at this incredible hotel recently. We were totally blown away by the entire experience, the hotel is just beautiful, and it far exceeded our expectations. It’s a stunning luxury boutique riad from 1946, oozing in heaps of old charm and character. From the street, it seems a little misleading as you walk along the narrow alleyway but once you arrive on the doorsteps, it takes your breath away. It's truly worth it! La Maison Arabe is very well located inside the medina, walking distance to the square/souk and all the main attractions. The rooms are very luxurious and we felt quite pampered. So many little complimentary touches of fruit and wine, all made our stay so memorable. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to be accommodating. We arrived when it was the festival of Eid and we were treated to some lovely traditional sweets and mint tea at reception. Served daily in the pretty courtyard, there's afternoon tea with homemade pastries and the famous mint tea, served with great flourish and flair, then there's also the laid back jazz/piano bar every evening with the very talented pianist who just captures your heart with his mesmerizing playing, the beautiful and relaxing hammam with varied massages to pamper yourself, and of course the very indulgent buffet breakfasts by the pool. We also visited both restaurants, equally lovely but the stunning rooftop restaurant is just out of this world, with beautiful views of the mosque at night. The ambience was beautiful, food truly delicious, captivating local entertainment and the service impeccable. The myriad lanterns above made it so magical that you felt like you were in the Arabian Nights! We spent some lazy afternoons by the pool at the Country Club, taken by shuttle on the hour. The pool and pool house set amongst lovely gardens and the service as usual, is exceptional. For me, the icing on the cake was a cooking class at the world-famous culinary school at La Maison Arabe. It was an unforgettable and surreal experience! The lovely Wafa and Hayat are wonderful teachers and I'm so happy that they get to teach/showcase their talents and passion for Moroccan food on such an international stage. I will treasure my experience and remember the ladies fondly every time I make a tagine! Morocco was off my bucket list and visiting Fez, Asilah, Rabat, Tanger, Erfoud, Casablanca and finally mesmerizing Marrakech - and to top it off, finishing it off in style at La Maison Arabe is truly a dream come true! We are so thrilled we stayed at this stunningly beautiful hotel and had such a memorable experience. Hope we get to return again someday! Chris and Eromi Australia”
