“recently stayed at SAX Hotel Paris with my son, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very welcoming. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service from the entire team. A special thank you to Youssef, who went far beyond customer service to ensure that we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our experience. The concierge team was also incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations and arrangements. We were equally impressed by the servers in both the garden and rooftop areas, who provided friendly, efficient, and excellent service every time we visited. Thank you to everyone at SAX Hotel Paris for making our stay so memorable. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris”

“We had a wonderful five-night stay at Sax Paris for our honeymoon, from April 29 to May 4, and everything about the experience felt special. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and gave us a generous Hilton Diamond upgrade to a beautiful king suite with a very large bed, bathtub, double sinks, and plenty of space. The room was decorated with balloons, rose petals, juice, and thoughtful honeymoon touches, which made our arrival feel truly memorable. Every night, the turndown service was meticulous, with chocolates, water bottles, and the bed prepared beautifully. The concierge team was also extremely helpful each morning with bookings and recommendations. Even when certain places were full, they still made a real effort to help us find options and make the most of our time in Paris. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The morning team took great care of us every day, often seating us at wonderful spots with beautiful views. The crêpes, French toast, desserts, and poached eggs with smoked salmon were excellent. Special thanks to Tania, Kotryna, Franco, Killian, Clara at the front desk, and the other staff members whose names we unfortunately did not catch. Everyone made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides / Army Museum, in a safe and elegant neighborhood. The rooftop/view area is beautiful, and on the weekend the dining room turned into a very upscale restaurant atmosphere, with well-dressed guests, good music, and a great vibe. We were too busy exploring Paris to use the spa and pool this time, but we would definitely love to try them on our next stay. Overall, this was a fantastic honeymoon hotel experience, and we highly recommend Sax Paris to couples looking for a romantic, comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service.”

“This hotel is amazing. However, one point that stood out above the rest was the concierge, Arthur & Arnaud- incredible service by them. With only 30 minutes notice, they were able to secure a lunch reservation at a very popular spot in Paris. Later in the night they not only recommended but also booked a table for me at one of the nicest clubs in the city (upon arrival there, the entire process was seamless). Their incredible service has made this trip to Paris unforgettable. Thank you.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience! We were warmly welcomed by Romain, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent, and as it was my birthday, he went above and beyond to make the evening truly special for me. Thank you so much, Romain, for making my birthday such a lovely evening. We had a fantastic time and would happily come back! ❤️”

“My wife and I recently completed a stay at Sax Paris, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed accommodations, outstanding amenities, and an ideal location that made exploring Paris both convenient and enjoyable. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, and the level of service throughout the property was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. What truly set this stay apart, however, was our concierge host, Theo. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, providing personalized recommendations, assisting with arrangements, and always making us feel valued as guests. His attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience made a lasting impression on both of us. Having traveled extensively and stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, we can honestly say this was one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had—perhaps the very best. The combination of outstanding service, exceptional dining, first-class amenities, and the remarkable efforts of Theo made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend Sax Paris, LXR Hotels & Resorts to anyone visiting Paris and look forward to returning in the future.”
