“I wrote a negative review because I was upset by their neglect when my child was sick, but their simple apology meant a lot to us. Because the hotel was so comfortable and the staff so kind, I decided to delete my review on the last day of my trip and write another one. Honestly, the manager and his team go above and beyond to make guests happy, and that's what matters most to us. Thank you! Our stay was comfortable and wonderful with my children.”
