“We loved everything about the resort! The location was great, the views are absolutely spectacular and they have great access to the water. They've built a sea wall that makes for a large, calm area to swim in, including a beach area. It's a very short cab ride to town, or it can be walked in about 25min. The service was outstanding as well. Romi at the front desk as well as the others at the front were great and really accommodating and made sure we got the best room for our family. Eris & Miri are the best waiters you'll ever meet. They go out of their way to do everything they can to make sure your dining experience is fantastic. And the views from the outside dining area are unbelievable. Sofica, who runs the breakfast restaurant in the morning is also the very best and made sure everything was taken care of in the morning for us. We will hopefully be back some day. We loved Albania and our experience at Santa Quaranta helped make our stay an incredible family memory!”

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saranda and will definitely come back the next time we are here. “Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and definitely did not match our expectations, especially considering the price. First of all, the staff were generally not very friendly or welcoming. Communication was also a serious problem, as some members of the staff barely spoke English, especially the staff working at the beach. For a hotel that presents itself as an international tourist destination and charges these prices, I would expect a much better level of communication and customer service. The rooms were more or less okay, but nothing special and definitely not as impressive as the hotel presents them online. Overall, I really don’t think the hotel is worth the price. One of the most unpleasant situations happened at the beach. We simply wanted to go for a swim at night, fully at our own responsibility. We were not asking for any service, and if the issue was related to using the beach facilities, we would have been completely fine with paying for the sunbeds or whatever was required. Instead of calmly explaining the rules to us, the security guard approached us with a very unfriendly attitude. He apparently did not speak English, so there was basically no possibility to have a normal conversation. He was waving his hands at us, shouting and simply demanding that we leave, without even trying to communicate or explain the situation properly. His attitude made us feel like we were doing something terrible just by asking if we could swim. I completely understand that a hotel can have rules and restrictions, including rules about accessing the beach at night. The problem is not simply that we were not allowed to swim - the problem is the way the situation was handled. There is a huge difference between politely explaining hotel policy to guests and aggressively sending them away without any proper communication. Unfortunately, situations like this completely ruin the impression of a hotel. When you pay this amount of money, you expect not only a decent room and a nice location, but also hospitality, professionalism and respectful treatment from the staff. The hotel itself is not terrible, but the overall experience, level of service and attitude of some staff members absolutely do not justify the price. Based on our experience, I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back!”

“The location is spectacular- amazing private pool and sea access as well as public beach access along with jet ski and paddle board rentals. It is particularly nice to be able to take a quick taxi to the promenade and ferry, but have yourself based on private property. The food at the restaurant was so good we ate here 3 of our 4 nights (our kids were particular fans of the pastas and desserts, my husband the soups and we all enjoyed the salads, most notably the quinoa salad. - Eres and Millie offered exemplary service for our family. The views from the rooms were incredible and it was great to have the powerful AC in July. We initially booked the room for two nights- extended our stay to four because of the above! We can't recommend this hotel enough!”
