Reviews from Google“The hotel is lovely all around! Rooms are huge and nicely set up with sofas. We had a huge balcony and view of the sea. Everyone loved the pool and our youngest enjoyed the playground. All of the food that we had was good and we appreciated the private beach access. This was definitely our favorite part of our trip to Albania. Location is good and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We also had free parking on site. What stood out most on the trip though was the amazing service that we had from Aleksandra. My youngest daughter left behind her baby doll that she has had since she was born and was very upset. The hotel typically would just expect us to come back, but by the time they found the baby doll, we had already taken the ferry to Corfu. Aleksandra went on her own time after work and made arrangements for the baby doll to be brought over by ferry so that we could get her before we left to go home. She really went over and above to make sure that we had what we needed and I couldn’t thank her more.”
“The staff were fantastic throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Any issues we experienced were handled professionally by the team, although most were outside of their control. Unfortunately, hotel management needs to address the air conditioning, as it completely stopped working for around eight hours each night on four of the seven nights we stayed. With temperatures exceeding 30°C, this made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and had a significant impact on our overall experience. The spa was another disappointment. Although it looked clean and well maintained, the facilities weren’t fully operational. The hot tub was actually colder than the outdoor pool, and neither the steam room nor the sauna were switched on during our visit. It gave the impression that the spa wasn’t properly prepared for guests, which is something management should address. On a positive note, the hotel’s private beach area was excellent. There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds available for guests, so it was never difficult to find a spot. The shaded areas provided a welcome escape from the heat, making it a great place to relax throughout the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and the hotel’s other amenities. The only other downside was the lack of soundproofing around the room doors. While noise between rooms wasn’t an issue, sounds from the hallway travelled easily, and we were woken up several mornings by children shouting in the corridor. If the management resolves the air conditioning issues, ensures the spa facilities are fully operational, and improves the hallway soundproofing, this would be an excellent hotel.”
“We spent 6 wonderful days here with our family and had a great experience throughout our stay. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.Breakfast is abundant and delicious.Staff is helpful and friendly. The beach is just steps away, which was a huge plus. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa facilities, including the steam room and warm pool, were excellent. Our kids absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, there’s really no need to leave the resort, as everything you need is right there.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We would happily return.”
“My family and I stayed for 10 days at this lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. They had a nice variety of local and global food. The beach was amazing. Make sure to bring swim shoes as it is pebbly. The staff at the beach are amazing. All of the guys were great, but at the moment of writing this, I can only remember the names of Valentino and Fabian. They were attentive and so kind to us. The front desk staff in building three were also 10/10. Iva and Melina made sure we had everything we needed at all times, as well as giving us great recommendations for dinner places and things to see. When, not if, I go back to Albania, I will definitely stay here again.”
“A truly exceptional place that made our stay feel very special. The service was warm and attentive, and the location could not have been better, peaceful and away from the noise of the city, yet still close to everything. The promenade is just a short walk away, and the sea is right beside the hotel. The rooms are beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A wonderful hotel that I would happily return to and warmly recommend!”
