What guests say
Reviews from Google“Service - Extraordinary. The concierge helped me plan a wedding proposal, connected me with local vendors, arranged the best restaurant reservations, even added nice details to my room I didn’t request. Staying at a hotel of this caliber, with this excellent of a concierge, makes you appreciate the nice hotel stays over AirBnB. Rooms - Thoughtful, luxurious, and with updated amenities. Location - In the best part of town Hotel Architecture/ Style - beautiful I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for luxury travel in Warsaw.”
“I highly recommend this hotel! Everything here is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are stylish, modern, and uniquely designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!”
“The place to be in Warsaw! A truly elegant and stylish hotel with a very calm, refined atmosphere. I was assigned a beautiful Executive Suite, tastefully designed. Housekeeping did an excellent job – everything was spotless. Monika U. took great care of my stay, thank you again for that. The concierge team was also fantastic, always friendly and helpful with all my requests. I stayed for 4 days and would have loved to stay longer, but had to head back. The location is perfect: quiet, yet very central. If anything, I would look at improving the breakfast quality – the coffee was not great and the food could be more refined. Other than that, everything was spot on! 5/5. One of the best hotels in Europe. The reviews here really speak for themselves!”
“This hotel is stunning, the true definition of a 5-star experience with both the property and staff. My wife and I travel extensively, and rarely have we been treated as warmly at a super-upscale property, which are often stuffy. This is certainly not the case at Raffles. We were fortunate to be checked in by Dawid, who recommended an amazing restaurant that we loved, discussed local must-see sites, and even gave us some advice regarding our ongoing travel around Poland. The food is amazing and so are the rooms and facilities. This is a gem of a hotel.”
“I would live here if I could! Truly such a luxury experience but with added warmth from the staff. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights on the tail end of our Poland trip and had the best time. Every detail is looked after and the hotel is a true work of art. Cannot wait to be back!”
