“We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. Our room had a beautiful sea view and the hotel is located right in front of the beach, yet it was quiet and relaxing. Getting to Chora was very easy, with buses running every 15 minutes. The reception staff were extremely helpful, giving us great advice about things to do on the island and assisting us with renting a car. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, especially the orange cake! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel :)”

“Amazing experience in Ios Palace Hotel! Fantastic location (next to Mylopitas - Ios’ best beach), breathtaking view, delicious breakfast, great people! Also, considering today’s prices in hotels much less well situated, we were pleasantly surprised with the room’s price - we definitely felt it was money well spent. Would not consider any other place if I were to visit Ios again!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Ios Palace. The location is fantastic, just moments from the beautiful Mylopotas Beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea, the sunshine, and everything this part of Ios has to offer. What truly made our stay special, though, was the people. Alexandros, Lela, Giannis 1 and 2, Adrian, and all the other members of the team were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel much more personal and intimate than a typical hotel stay. Every interaction was kind and thoughtful, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our time there. The combination of the beautiful setting, the proximity to one of the island’s best beaches, and the wonderful team created a relaxed and memorable experience. There was a real sense of warmth and familiarity that made us feel at home while still enjoying the beauty and energy of Ios. A big thank you to Alexandros, Lela, both Giannises, Adrian, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and special. We will remember the hospitality as much as the beautiful location, and we would be very happy to return to Ios Palace.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. We were forced to cancel our reservation just 72 hours before arrival due to a devastating family tragedy involving the loss of close family members. We explained the situation in detail and hoped for at least a small gesture of compassion. Instead, we were met with a complete lack of empathy: no refund, no credit, not even a partial reimbursement. Just a cold refusal. We also visited the property before leaving. The hotel looked very different from the photos advertised online. The pool area appeared poorly maintained, with empty beer bottles left around and people smoking nearby. It certainly didn’t match the image presented on the website. Hotels are free to have cancellation policies, but they also have a choice in how they treat people facing exceptional circumstances. Sadly, this hotel chose policy over humanity. Looking back, perhaps not staying there was for the best. We certainly won’t be returning, and we cannot recommend a hotel that shows so little compassion when it matters most.”

“A group of 18 of us recently stayed at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa--it was a truly fantastic experience! Amazing views, incredible hospitality, and you could not ask for a better location. We also loved having the two pool options and the concierge team was incredibly accommodative. Highly recommend for couples, families or large groups.”
