“One of the best stays we ever had! The staff (everyone!) are so welcoming, generous and kind! Truly amazing treatment! The receptionists gave us great recommendations for our stay as well! And were willing to help with anything and everything. The location is perfect, right on a quiet public beach and on the quiet side of the promenade. The rooms are great! Clean, spacious, well maintained and modern (Japanese toilet!!). The breakfast is tasty and generous and the deserts vary daily. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I wish we had stayed for longer!”

“After a terrible experience at another hotel we had originally booked for our honeymoon, we came to Vale Hotel hoping they had a room available. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared about making our stay better. Before we committed, they even showed us the room first to make sure we felt comfortable after everything we had been through. They also gave us great recommendations for the area and even treated us to complimentary coffee. The hotel itself is beautiful. Modern, spotless and in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere at night including the best restaurants, shops, the promenade and boat tours. They even parked our car for us, which made everything so easy. As an added bonus, the coffee shop located right inside the hotel has some of the best coffee and ice cream we had during our trip. We are so grateful we found Vale Hotel. They completely turned our honeymoon around and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Sarandë!”

“The service was truly exceptional from start — every staff member was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The hotel itself is incredibly fresh, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything feels brand new, and you can tell that every single detail has been carefully planned with elegance and comfort in mind. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and luxurious, with a true five-star standard throughout the entire property. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxing, and the quality exceeded all expectations. From the interior design to the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality, everything was absolutely top-tier. This is without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we would highly recommend Hotel Vale to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.”

“Hotel Vale exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the promenade, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and stylishly designed. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff go above and beyond, offering great recommendations for beaches and restaurants and even helping arrange reservations. The owner is a true gentleman, warm and genuinely caring. He treated us to a complimentary boat trip on his own boat and took us out himself. The thoughtful touches made the stay unforgettable. They welcomed us with homemade ice cream made from fresh milk and, as we left for Tirana, sent us off with complimentary cold water for the road. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.”

“This hotel was AMAZING! We booked literally 10 minutes before we arrived as the hotel we had originally booked did not look like the photos😭 we had just got engaged and wanted something special to continue our holiday. This place was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed! The staff, especially Ami and the Manager that was in the desk when we arrived were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. They looked after us so well and were always on hand to recommend places to eat and to go, beach towels were provided too. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a great selection. The room was huge and so clean and modern. We booked last minute so we did not have a view of the sea, but the sea view rooms looked amazing! There is an ice cream shop downstairs too with unreal ice cream. Overall an amazing stay and these guys saved our holiday. Thank you hotel Vale!”
