Reviews from Google“Palazzo Manfredi is a magical place to stay in Rome. The view of the Colosseum from the room was simply incredible (and somehow, you could enjoy it from almost every corner of the room!). Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the reception team was wonderful. We hadn’t realised that so many activities needed to be booked in advance, so we ended up being quite last minute, but they were incredibly helpful in making things happen and had great suggestions for what to do 😊 A special mention to Daniele, the GM, who was very responsive and handled our request efficiently. Not to forget the restaurant: a culinary experience not to be missed! One of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a truly special experience, with an amazing team and probably one of the most unforgettable views in Rome 🤩”
“My wife and I took a last minute trip to Rome and I found this hotel on the Hilton app. The small luxury hotels of the world are available to book via Hilton. The communication from the hotel between the time we booked and sour arrival was excellent. The hotel arranged for a driver to meet us at FCO and he was there to pick us up. You can request a driver to pick you up in a Rolls Royce or Lamborghini for a nice price of course. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30pm and they allowed us to check in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, every member we interacted with was nice. The room was small but it was very nice and had everything we needed. They provided a welcome gift of a bottle of champagne and some items to eat, we appreciated that. The room shown in the pics did not have a view of the colosseum but we still enjoyed it. The best view in this hotel is from the bar. You will see some pictures attached. We were there at the end of February and the weather was beautiful. The bar had those pyramid glass tube heaters all over the bar area so I was comfortable in a short sleeve shirt while sitting next to one of those. I had to reserve the seating at the bar in advance so make sure to do that if you want to guarantee a good spot. Every seat was take when we were there. They have a package deal for €55 per person which includes two cocktails each and the food shown in my pictures. We enjoyed it, where else can you sit in front of an ancient colosseum and have a few cocktails. We don’t have a single complaint about this hotel or their staff, I recommend this place if you are going to Rome. We walked all over the city from here and felt safe at all times.”
“So many positives to point out first. All of the staff make a concerted effort to render premium service The location speaks for itself. Breakfast buffet was totally delicious - outstanding service Vista of the Colosseum from the restaurant is unbeatable. Great ambience, music, etc. service The quarters are extremely tight everywhere and claustrophobic to me. The room was hard to move about without bumping into something we had one of the smaller rooms so I would suggest spending the extra money on a full suite. I love the fact that you could open the windows and stick your head out - check the video”
“Splurge on this hotel so you can stay directly next to the Colosseum! The check in reception was warm and welcoming. The bar experience at night was amazing with views of the Colosseum and very unique drinks. The breakfast was amazing to sit with a perfect view of the Colosseum. All the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well appointed with delicious omelettes. The room included champagne and fruit for a relaxing welcome. And it was exceptionally easy to walk to the park across the street to take fun photos with the Colosseum. Stay at least one night during your visit!”
“Enjoyed the service and location of this hotel. It’s on the smaller scale if you’re coming from US but makes it up in service, food and location. We stayed for a week and nice breakfast overlooking colosseum with private chef preparing your poached eggs was nice. Small assortment of chocolates waiting every time you come back to your room was nice touch. Most of the service workers are Russians or Slovak decent and speak their language with each other, however with a presence of the guest they speak fluent English and dedicate their attention to you 100 percent and super attentive.”
