Reviews from Google“I had a truly unforgettable stay at Hotel Cap Ferret in March 2025, when I visited for a few days with my mother. The hotel itself is incredibly elegant and luxurious in the most graceful, delicate way. It has a sense of old-world glamour that feels rare and very special. Everything about it is refined, beautiful, and full of charm. But what made the trip exceptional was the staff. Just before checking in, I had received some very upsetting news and was feeling devastated, trying hard not to show it in front of my mother. While we were waiting to check in, the hotel manager came over and said they wanted us to have a wonderful mother-daughter trip, and told us we had been upgraded. It turned out to be the most extraordinary suite in the heart of the hotel, over 100 square metres, with a beautiful large terrace. In that moment, it genuinely felt as though they were trying to mend my sadness. I will never forget that kindness. Every member of staff was unbelievably warm, thoughtful, and gracious. Even the small touches were memorable — every time we left by car, they waved us off with racing flags, which made us smile every time. The food was also incredible. The dinners were delicate, elegant, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Cap Ferret for making this such a beautiful and meaningful trip with my mother. It was truly one of the most special hotel experiences I have ever had.”
“The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat has become my favorite hotel! From the moment we checked in, everybody greeted us with such warm smiles and made me feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, everyone had such a playful and funny attitude, which I absolutely loved! The concierge team and check-in staff were also extremely helpful, especially when it came to restaurant reservations and changing several of ours to later times. I also had the opportunity to interview Benjamin Raymond, the Head of Guest Relations, who was wonderful to talk to, and I learned so much about hospitality from him! There was even a wedding going on during our interview, and he still took the time to speak with me, which I’m so grateful for. Breakfast was definitely one of my favorite parts of each day because everybody there was so kind, and the food was amazing. The rooms were beautiful as well, with a stunning sea view, and there were gifts waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The location was also perfect because we weren’t directly in the town of Cap-Ferrat, but it was only a very short ride away. In addition, the hotel chauffeurs were incredibly nice, and I had such lovely conversations with all of them throughout our stay. Another thing I loved about this hotel was the pool, as well as the beach, which was right outside the hotel. There were really wonderful walks you could take surrounded by a bunch of beautiful rocks! People at the pool were also wonderful and extremely nice! Going down to the pool using the glass fenicular is a memory I will never forget! I would highly, highly recommend the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat if you want to have the most perfect stay ever!”
“Absolute perfection on the Riviera — the magic is in the details! Me and my husband spent the most beautiful summer nights here with our friends, and everything — from the restaurants and the food selection to the breathtaking views and service — was simply excellent! It is exactly what I expect from a property of this caliber, and they delivered nothing less. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they anticipate your needs. They remembered our favorite dishes and drinks without us having to repeat, and the service was effortlessly intuitive without being intrusive. Every meal from breakfast to dinner was outstanding and always on point. Because I am currently pregnant, the staff remembered to bring a cushion for my chair every single time. They truly made us feel at home. Furthermore, our room with the terrace was incredibly spacious and absolutely spotless. The housekeeping team was exceptionally thoughtful — on our final day, they left plastic bags for us to pack our wet swimwear. The Spa & Gym area was very clean and tidy, filled with healthy detox water, teas, energy balls, sugar free ice teas. They separated the free weights area, the cardio area and the more tranquil yoga area. It is these tiny, thoughtful details that define a world-class hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in — to our entire experience at different venues the hotel offers — to our departure, everything was absolutely wonderful and ran like clockwork. Thank you Benjamin & your team!”
“Hotel du Cap-Ferrat is one of those rare places that truly lives up to the dream of the French Riviera—effortless, elegant, and unforgettable. We were upgraded to the Pinewood Suite and welcomed with champagne, fresh-squeezed orange juice, personalized cookies for the kids (with their initials!) and even backpacks… the kind of thoughtful details that immediately set the tone. The suite was pure perfection—two balconies, original art, beautiful linens—everything designed to make you slow down and fully enjoy the moment. Perched above the Mediterranean and surrounded by the most fragrant, lush gardens, the entire property feels like a hidden oasis. The Dauphin Club is a highlight—saltwater pool, iconic terrace, endless sea views. We also loved playing tennis with the kids on the hotel courts—such a fun, relaxed way to spend the afternoons and one of their favorite memories of the stay. Mornings started with fresh pastries and juice (still a favorite for my kids), afternoons at the spa (pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam), and evenings with beautiful, relaxed dinners. But what truly makes this place special is the service—warm, intuitive, and flawless. Every little detail is anticipated, and even my kids’ most “creative” requests were handled instantly with a smile. Out of our entire two-week trip through France, this was the kids’ favorite—and honestly, ours too. Already dreaming of coming back 🤍”
“An exceptional experience from start to finish. The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is the embodiment of timeless elegance, with breathtaking views, beautifully refined surroundings, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail felt carefully curated, creating an atmosphere of quiet luxury and true sophistication. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Justine for her outstanding service in the restaurant — gracious, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Her warmth and care added a truly memorable touch to the evening.”
