Tripplo’s hotel summary
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 21 October 2026 · How we review hotels
La Réserve de Beaulieu is well-suited for visitors who prefer an intimate, small-scale waterfront retreat. With just 39 keys, it keeps a quiet, residential atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor salt-water swimming pool, a prime Riviera waterfront setting, and three distinct on-site dining options. For limitations, note that the fitness centre facilities are compact, and on-site vehicle parking becomes limited during the peak summer season.
Guests score it 9.6 out of 10 — the average across the 8 hotels we list in Nice is 9.2.
- Overlooking the Mediterranean, the salt-water pool offers a peaceful alternative to the sea. It is heated year-round, allowing guests to swim comfortably regardless of the season.
- With fewer than forty rooms, suites, and villas, the hotel maintains a quiet, residential atmosphere. Guests receive highly personalized service that is often lost in larger luxury resorts.
- The private parking area can fill up quickly during the busy summer months. Guests arriving by car may occasionally experience short delays while valet staff arrange parking.
- While equipped with modern cardiovascular machines, the gym is relatively compact. Guests seeking an extensive workout space might find the facilities somewhat limited during peak hours.
