“This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. A special thank you to Miguel, who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were welcomed so warmly and were given an incredibly beautiful room. Miguel also gave us a tour of the palace and shared its fascinating history, which made our stay even more special. We also received wonderful service from Alejandro, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Miguel took the time to explain everything that Seville has to offer and gave us excellent recommendations, which we really appreciated. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back, as this was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless, warm, and incredibly attentive. The hotel beautifully blends the charm of a historic Andalusian palace with a modern, sophisticated, and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and filled with thoughtful luxury details that made our stay feel truly special. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout our visit, and every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The location is perfect for exploring Seville — close to the city’s most iconic attractions while still offering peace, privacy, and relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations for a luxury five-star hotel. What impressed us the most was the personalized attention and genuine hospitality from the entire team. This is definitely a hotel we would love to return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for an elegant, exclusive, and unforgettable experience in Seville..”

“We had a fabulous weekend at this gorgeous hotel. It was so stunning and full of history and the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable about everything to do with the building’s history and things to do in Sevilla. We were celebrating and there were lovely little touches everywhere. This was very much a luxury experience. It was too hot for us to use the dunking pool, but I imagine that would be an excellent way to spend a slightly less hot afternoon. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was incredible. Every bite was remarkable. The bar food was also delicious. We had a great time watching Spain win the World Cup in their garden, where they had set up a TV for the occasion. ¡Viva España! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sevilla.”

“Stayed here for our honeymoon in late 2022 and the property is incredible. The cleanliness and the location are unmatched. You are surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is elegant and intimate. The only thing I didn't care about is the bed where it was essentially two beds pushed together with two separate smaller blankets. The staff was amazing. I didn't try much of the restaurant at the property but I did like what I did try. I booked back when it was part of the IHG.”
