“We had a truly memorable stay at Caruso. We were kindly upgraded to La Divina Suite, which was absolutely amazing, and the views from the property and its facilities were breathtaking. The service was also exceptional in many ways. Nicola and Roberta at the front desk were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful in handling our many activity and restaurant reservation requests. The team member who assisted us during check-in — a kind young woman with glasses — was also very warm and polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our experience at Caruso Grill was one of the highlights of our stay. The team, including Giovanni, was very kind and attentive throughout the meal. One staff member kindly brought us to the kitchen so that we could see and personally choose the Catch of the Day. After dinner, Giovanni even sent chocolates to our room, which were absolutely delicious and made our final night at Caruso unforgettable. Housekeeping was also excellent. Even late at night, the team came all the way to our suite and provided exceptional turndown service. Our suite was spacious, with many curtains, and we took multiple showers after swimming, yet the room was always kept perfectly spotless. We also really enjoyed the complimentary boat tour. The chilled beverages and detailed explanations of the viewpoints were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful with delicious A la carte menus, although the service felt slightly less warm and attentive compared with the rest of our experience. Overall, Caruso is a stunning hotel with breathtaking views, beautiful facilities, and many wonderful staff members who made our stay feel very special.”

“There is very little to say other than that everything was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The sommelier and Carmelo, who introduced each dish, set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had the most wonderful time. A special thank you to Giovanni and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back. If you’re visiting Ravello, don’t miss the chance to dine at Caruso Grill—you won’t be disappointed. P.S. The breathtaking view is just a bonus. It also happens to be the perfect spot for an Instagram-worthy photo!”

“Our stay at Caruso was truly unforgettable. Everything was amazing the beautiful rooms, the incredible location, and the outstanding service. Ravello itself feels like a movie scene, a beautiful hidden gem on the Amalfi Coast with amazing food and breathtaking views. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Every request we had, they made it happen. A special thank you to Giovanni, one of the restaurant managers what an outstanding man! He went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel completely at home. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and exceptional. This is more than just a beautiful hotel; it is an experience we will never forget. We cannot wait to come back!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the most breathtaking hotels I have ever visited. Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. The location is simply extraordinary, with breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast, magnificent gardens, and one of the most spectacular infinity pools I have ever seen. We booked our stay through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, and upon arrival we were generously upgraded three room categories to one of the hotel’s magnificent signature suites. It was an exceptional and very generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. The Concierge team was outstanding. Every recommendation, every reservation, and every detail of our itinerary was handled professionally and with genuine care. They played a significant role in making our visit to the Amalfi Coast special. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced several operational issues that affected our vacation. However, what impressed me most was the way the hotel chose to handle the situation. General Manager Iolanda Mansi became personally involved, listened carefully, accepted responsibility where appropriate, and did everything she could to support us throughout our stay. I would also like to recognize the incredible team across the hotel. From Guest Experience and Concierge to Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Maintenance, every employee treated us with kindness, respect, and a sincere desire to help. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared. Luxury is not measured only by perfection. It is measured by how a hotel responds when challenges arise. Caruso showed professionalism, compassion, and respect throughout the process, and that deserves recognition. Thank you to Iolanda and the entire Caruso team for your hospitality, dedication, and kindness.”

They had a very nice detail with us and we enjoyed frozen strawberries with strawberry Sorbet as a desert. The food is high end quality. We’re looking forward to come back. Thank you for this beautiful escape and very special lunch time ❤️”
