“An excellent hotel!! We spent a week there and only went out for dinner once or twice because the food at the hotel was simply too good. (The steak was cooked to perfection!) The staff was very kind and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The bar is fantastic, with amazing views, and the breakfast was exceptional. A big thank you to the entire staff for such a wonderful experience!”

“Hotel Adriana was a lovely place to spend our honeymoon, with an amazing location, one of the best hotel spas I have ever experienced and excellent breakfast. The experience starts as soon as you get off the ferry, as the hotel has folks to greet you and collect your bags while others roll their bags across the cobblestones to their hotels and Airbnbs. We also received a welcome drink and some very generous hospitality for our honeymoon. We stayed over a weekend, so from a sea view room, you can definitely hear some of the revelers going out at night, but we didn’t mind at all—just something to keep in mind if you are someone who is early to bed. The location was absolutely ideal to be in the middle of town, you are steps away from the main piazza with all of its restaurants and bars and shops (you can get aroma gelato every night on the way back to your room if you’d like), and when you walk to the right leaving the hotel, you have easy access to innumerable swimming spots as well as the various beach clubs. I feel like other reviews have not sufficiently detailed how amazing the spa facilities are—it’s a multi level outdoor/indoor facility that includes a rooftop for tanning and views, a very nice indoor pool with skylight, as well as Finnish sauna, steam room and Turkish salt sauna. We made sure to get some spa time in every day we were there and the spa itself is reason enough to book the hotel. The hotel breakfast is great and honestly was so much food that we only had to light snack for lunch most days. In addition to the actual buffet, they have options for à la carte ordering, such as shakshuka and omelette options. The staff at the restaurant, like the hotel, were incredibly hospitable and got us everything we needed. If there is a small nit to pick, it’d probably be that some of the layout of the bathroom is a bit odd and a bit tight, but other than that there’s really nothing to point out. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone.”

“A beautiful, centrally located hotel with a magical view over Hvar. The breakfast was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. A special mention to the lovely people working in the mornings at breakfast and in the restaurant — they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked throughout our entire 8-night stay. We were told it was because too many guests were connected at the same time, but unfortunately we could hardly use the Wi-Fi during our stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Adriana Hotel & Spa was welcoming from the very first moment—starting with meeting us at the ferry landing to handle our luggage, followed by a warm greeting with sparkling wine. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Val Marina Restaurant, was just as impressive. Our waiter, Zoran, truly made the evening unforgettable with his vibrant personality and deep knowledge of the menu. We trusted him to choose both our meal and wine, and he absolutely nailed it. We enjoyed a grilled seafood charcuterie featuring tuna, octopus, sea bass, and shrimp, paired with carrots and asparagus—every bite was incredible. The truffle fries were the perfect indulgent addition. One especially memorable moment was when another guest accidentally broke a glass—Zoran immediately broke into song, turning what could have been an awkward moment into a lighthearted celebration. It was such a thoughtful and gracious gesture. Beyond dining, the hotel itself offers a beautiful spa, pool, and rooftop area—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. This is truly a place you have to experience to fully appreciate. Highly recommended!”

“Had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Adriana! The location is absolutely excellent — right where you want to be to soak in everything Hvar has to offer. There was a small mix-up with a reservation at the start of our trip, but the way Beri and his team handled it completely turned things around. His patience, warmth, and genuine care didn’t just fix a problem — it showed us what real hospitality looks like, and it’s rare to feel that taken care of as a guest. We also had one of the best dinners of our entire trip at the hotel restaurant — truly outstanding. This stay ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Croatia. Highly recommend both Adriana and its sister property, Amfora — you’re in good hands either way!”
