Member price against list price

Join the Falkensteiner Members Club before you book: it is free, and you collect points only on direct bookings made with your member email. There is no fixed member discount on your first stay; instead members see exclusive club offers and member-only club weeks, such as the Members Club Special at Schlosshotel Velden. After each stay Falkensteiner gives you a Welcome Back Bonus of up to 20% off your next direct booking, valid for eight weeks after departure. Falkensteiner groups its upmarket hotels in the Premium Collection. Schlosshotel Velden on Lake Wörthersee, Hotel & Spa Iadera at Punta Skala near Zadar and Hotel Kronplatz in South Tyrol are described as 5-star, and the Luxury Villas at Punta Skala have private pools. The group also runs 4-star and family hotels, so check the category before you book.

Falkensteiner's advance-purchase rate: up to 15% off when you book ahead, with a 50% deposit. It is non-refundable, and the discount, booking window and minimum stay vary by hotel and are shown when you book.

Membership is free from age 18. Members get exclusive club offers, member-only club weeks, spa access from 11 am on arrival day until 4 pm on departure day and, after each stay, a Welcome Back Bonus of up to 20% off the next direct booking.

Usually not. According to Falkensteiner, the winter early-booking discount can't be combined with other discounts or offers, except Members Club benefits. However, some packages, such as Half Board Deluxe at Schlosshotel Velden, can be added to Prebook & Save. Check the terms on each offer page.
