“Wonderful stay in Porto. The hotel is in a beautifully restored historic palace, renovated with great taste while preserving its character. My room was very spacious and had everything I could need, including a small kitchenette. The location is excellent—within walking distance of major sights, with many cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good, and I also appreciated having access to the gym. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly and professional. They were also very understanding and helpful when unexpected changes affected my mother’s travel plans. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Porto.”

“Beautiful hotel and even more beautiful staff and service! Every staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful, went above and beyond for us. I forgot items in my room and staff were so quick to help mail it to me to get it back to me! The breakfast spread was also incredible. Great location, walkable to everything. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.”

“We had the most lovely experience here. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, we were met with kindness, love and incredible hospitality. Paola was so helpful with recommendations, Angelo guided us through our stay with a constant smile and the most positive energy, and Walter helped me get my phone back after leaving it in an uber... crisis averted. He mentioned that he would look after the (lost phone) situation as if it were his own. Truly a wonderful human. We were blown away by the beautiful space. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was magical. We will go back as soon as we come back to Porto.”

The breakfast was also delicious and highly recommend getting dinner there as well. The cafe shop was also great and open late which is appreciated. 5 stars all around”
