“A very good hotel in the heart of Lisbon, combining comfort, quality and a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless and featured a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep. The large balcony was a real bonus, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient and the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The gym is medium-sized but well equipped, with enough equipment for a complete workout. The indoor swimming pool is well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel also features a pleasant rooftop bar on the 7th floor, offering a great setting to enjoy a drink. Parking is available nearby, which is very convenient for guests travelling by car. Breakfast offers an excellent and varied selection of fresh, high-quality products, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, a great hotel offering excellent comfort, quality amenities and a very good service in an ideal location for exploring Lisbon.”

“Stayed here before our wedding, cannot recommend highly enough. It's in a great part of Lisbon, quieter but still plenty to do, with beautiful tree-lined streets and coffee shops and great restaurants. Walkable to the water and larger squares but much less touristy and overwhelming. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the spa was excellent, and the rooftop bar was our favorite place in the city to relax and grab a drink. Will be back!”

“The hotel was excellent, the staff were very accommodating, and we liked the location as we walked everywhere. We did not have any issues and were checked into our room early. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We used the pool and spa as extra treats in the evening. I had a wonderful facial in the spa the last day of our stay (by Vânia) and my daughter enjoyed her massage.”

“Location was good to us - close enough to the center but far enough from the rush. The room is big and comfortable especially the beds. What makes this hotel to be grate is the quality of service and the amazing restaurant (both breakfast, lunch and dinner). The team is so friendly and helpful and this makes the difference.”

“Had a wonderful stay here! The location was a short walk to main Lisbon attractions while still being in a quiet, uncrowded area. The room was comfortable and clean, the amenities are great (enjoyed the pool and sauna), and the breakfast is top notch! I appreciated the gluten free items available at breakfast. Would stay here again, and can’t wait to check out more PortoBay locations.”
