Tripplo’s hotel summary
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 20 October 2026 · How we review hotels
NG Phaselis Bay is an all-inclusive resort on its own coves at Göynük near Kemer, with a sandy beach, several pools and an aquapark, and a spa with a Turkish bath. According to the hotel's own pages, most à la carte restaurants carry an extra charge, and Kemer town and the airport are a drive away.
Guests score it 9.4 out of 10 — the average across the 7 hotels we list in Kemer is 9.1.
Featured in our guides: 12 luxury all-inclusive hotels in Turkey: The best in 2026, 20 luxury all-inclusive hotels in Antalya: The best in 2026
- Guests step directly onto a private stretch of beach just moments from their room, avoiding the need to cross busy roads or public areas to reach the sea.
- Alongside the main buffet restaurant, six à la carte restaurants and a 24-hour à la carte venue add variety, and gözleme, ice cream and drinks are served during the day for guests who prefer grazing over fixed restaurant hours.
- The main buffet restaurant is part of the all-inclusive package, but according to the hotel's own pages most of the à la carte restaurants carry a supplement, so dining at several of them adds to the bill.
- Antalya Airport is roughly an hour's drive away and Kemer town centre just under 7 km off, so plan transfers or a taxi in advance rather than counting on a walk into town.

Rooms & which one to pick
Our tip: Couples wanting a good view should book the Superior Room Unique Sea View (25 m², full bed and sofa bed) rather than the Forest View equivalent, as it's the same size and layout but with a sea outlook. Larger families needing space should look at the Superior Family Room Unique Sea View or Deluxe Family Room Unique Sea View, both 40 m² with two twin beds, a full bed and a sofa bed for up to 5 guests; if you prefer separate sleeping areas for children, the Thema Deluxe Family Room offers bunk beds instead.

Reviews from Google“We had such an amazing stay at NG Phaselis Bay! Honestly, it’s one of those hotels where you notice the attention to detail in absolutely everything. The beach is beautiful, the food was incredible with so many options, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our room was spotless every day, and the whole resort felt so clean and well maintained. One of our favorite things was the personal assistant chat, it made everything so easy, from asking questions to booking things, and it really made us feel taken care of. This hotel has definitely made it onto the top of our favorite hotels list. We left already talking about when we can come back, and we’ll absolutely be returning!”
“This hotel is a premium offer and does not disappoint. Having been to many destinations and hotels around the world, I was quite happy with their value proposition. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and serviced. We happen to have been in a room (complimentary upgrade) which had an amazing Mediterranean view. The food and the entertainment were quite satisfying, especially at the A la Carte restaurants. Their App provided access to your assigned assistant/s 24/7 which provided all conveniences we desired. Even when there was simple human error, they quickly remedied the situation. Their multilingual staff were very kind, attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend holidaying here if your budget allows!”
“Loved the service in the hotel- very attentive! Special thanks goes to Gokmen ( Chefsteak restaurant) - he was very professional and suggested us the best options! I would also like to thank Erfan - the lifeguard - he was very friendly and super helpful! We really enjoyed the “Wild beach” at the hotel territory - it has an amazing and peaceful view. Ivan- the waiter on the beach was super attentive and made our time spending very comfortable. I can definitely recommend this place to my friends! Thank you so much”
“Everything about our stay here has been amazing. All the staff were happy to do anything for you, especially our personal assistant Kabeer. He went above and beyond and made the stay really special. The food and drinks were really good and way better than other 5 star hotels we have stayed in over the last few years. One thing we loved was the scenery. It’s absolutely stunning with the mountain views. I can’t recommend highly enough and we will be back very soon.”
“We had a fantastic family holiday at NG Phaselis Bay! The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The Beluga Kids Club was also a big highlight for our family and made the stay even more enjoyable for the children. Overall, a wonderful experience for a big family. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel for families looking for great food, excellent service, cleanliness, and a fun kids’ experience. Special thanks to Tarek, Ismet, Hakan, Afina, Mert, Reha, and Sidar always very attentive serving the beach area 🙏🙏🙏”
What guests actually say
Tripplo’s analysis uses a sample of 15 guest reviews. Texts may be shortened. Mentions are counted after automated classification and describe the sample, rather than every guest’s experience.

Read the drawbacks below and the latest reviews on Booking.com before you book. Few guests have left written reviews for this hotel, so the analysis rests on just 15. Treat it as a pointer rather than the full picture.
