“The perfect hotel. Wonderful facilities maintained to the highest standards. Staff that can’t do enough to assist you, often going above and beyond. The finest food. How do your catering staff produce such outstanding food for hundreds of guests? Swimming pools are the perfect temperature. A market and shopping parade offer everything you need for your stay. The most beautiful views and grounds. The interior design is fresh and contemporary. A stunning collection of sofas and and Eames lounge chairs. Interestingly, this is a single, family run hotel, which explains the incredible service and hospitality. Having travelled the world, I’ve now found a sanctuary for my family. We hope to return soon.”

“Very good Resort. We've been there 2 times. The staff is extraordinary polite, funny and professional (especially the waitresses and waiters). The pools are clean and the beach is exceptional. The food is delicious and the activities are fun. They should give live music more stage time, especially bands and/or DJs but this is my personal opinion because i love live music.”

“The location is absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking views and beautiful pools. The setting itself is truly impressive. However, for a 5-star hotel, we were quite disappointed by some of the basic service standards. When the room was cleaned, they didn’t even replenish complimentary still water. There were also no basic personal hygiene amenities such as cotton buds or other small toiletries that you would normally expect from a hotel of this category. The restaurants and food throughout the resort are also extremely expensive. The on-site mini market is perhaps a useful alternative, as you can buy some basic products there at more reasonable prices. Overall, the property is beautiful and the views are exceptional, but when a hotel charges around €5,000 in peak season even for its most basic room category, expectations are naturally very high. Unfortunately, the level of service and attention to detail simply did not match the price or the 5-star positioning. Deeply disappointing considering the amount you pay.”

“I have been coming to this hotel on Kos for almost ten years now and it is truly wonderful to see how it keeps improving year after year. The service is exceptional: warm, attentive, and always focused on making guests feel comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, creating a truly special holiday experience. The food is absolutely delicious, diverse, and high quality. The buffet never feels like mass production, but rather like a carefully prepared selection with a great variety and attention to detail. The beautiful garden area, the atmosphere, and the dedication of the whole team makes this hotel a very special place. It is rare to see a hotel continuously improve over so many years, but this one truly does. Thank you for creating such an amazing place to unwind. I always look forward to coming back! Best wishes and see you again soon L. Neuffer”

“A really fantastic resort with 7 pools, 3 restaurants and several bars. All employees were very friendly. The Spa services are good, too. There is an outdoor theatre with performances every night. The drinks are very expensive, the food is 50% off at the Greek, Italian and Asian restaurant if you booked half-board. There are several beaches; the farthest-off was the best for us, as we were right at the sea. There is an adult-only pool near the restaurant/bar which was very relaxed and quiet.”
— Sylvie Clairiere
