“This is easily my favorite hotel in Greece. The staff are attentive and know you by name on the first day. The rooms are also excellent and being built into the cliff side make them noticeably cooler which absolutely matters in the summer. It’s a splurge definitely but it’s worth it.”

“If you are looking for the pinnacle of Greek hospitality, look no further than Katikies Pelagos House. My recent stay here was, without exaggeration, the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until the second I left, every detail was handled with absolute perfection. The hospitality here sets a global standard. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and professional—they don’t just provide a service; they make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Every interaction felt genuine, and their attention to detail made the stay feel effortless. The culinary experience was another major highlight. Breakfast was both generous and delicious, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. While everything was excellent, the "fish of the day" dish was a standout—perfectly prepared and a unique, flavorful way to start the morning.”

“We just got back from a dream trip to Greece. We visited Athens and Crete before ending our trip with 4 days in Santorini at Katakies Pelagos House and could not have ended on a higher note! From the moment we arrived they made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We arrived a little early (before we could check into our room), but they held our bags for us while we enjoyed drinks at the on site restaurant and pool. Every single employee we interacted with during our stay went above and beyond. They were kind, welcoming and so helpful- from helping with luggages upon our arrival and departure, to recommending restaurants for dinners and even calling to get us reservations when needed, they took care of us. I think what struck us the most, though, was how much every employee there enjoyed the job and wanted to be there! That is a rare thing these days and speaks volumes on the environment at Katakies. Our room was beautiful and well supplied with any item we might need during our stay. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We truly felt like we had our own personal oasis with a private jetted hot tub complete with panoramic views of the Caldera. The Pelagos location has 2 restaurants we visited a few times during our stay. The food was delicious every time. The breakfast was included with our stay and it was amazing! We also enjoyed using 1 of the 2 pools during our stay. The location is also a huge plus in our book! It is one of the first resorts along the famous Oia venue and the views are perfection. Seriously- we could not have ever asked for a better experience than what we had here. We cannot wait to go back and will absolutely stay at Katakies Santorini- Pelagos House again!”
