Reviews from Google“Great hotel. Everything is perfect. We injoed all.A very technologically advanced room including a smart toilet and you will use it. The pool and sauna are great, only the water is a little cool. Download the app Get your guide and book a concert, a club car tour, and more. The hotel is really excellent and you will really enjoy it.”
“Absolutely not up to true 5-star standards. We were travelling as 2 adults and 2 children, and this stay was a major disappointment. This property feels far more like a poorly thought-out “designer hotel” than a genuine luxury hotel. Here is a list of shortcomings that are simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star: • A suite designed for 4 people with only 1 armchair and 1 chair; • No luggage rack in the room, and no possibility to store suitcases in a wardrobe. When we asked reception about this, we were told that “the designer wanted guests to feel at home.” The problem is that at home, people do not live with open suitcases lying around the room… • Visible stains on the bedspread; • No pen or notepad in the room. After asking reception, we were given a blank A4 sheet of paper and a promotional pen from a plumbing company. Surreal for a hotel claiming to be 5-star; • No shoehorn; • Needlessly complicated lighting and air-conditioning controls; • Poorly made bed (see photo); • No evening turndown service; • A sheet far too small for the sofa bed used by the children, barely covering the mattress; • Bed linen changed only every 3 days; • Room service / housekeeping ending at 4 p.m.: impossible, for example, to obtain an extra pillow or have a larger sheet placed on the sofa bed after that time; • The sofa bed was not converted back into a sofa during the day, since housekeeping ended too early to return later and prepare it again as a bed in the evening; • No towel rail in the bathroom; • No shelf or surface to place toiletries in the bathroom; • Shampoo and shower gel dispensers left unfilled; • Very disappointing breakfast: not even eggs available; • Stairs up and down to access the breakfast buffet, impractical with children or luggage; • Hotel umbrellas are counted both when handed out and when returned, as though every guest were suspected of stealing them. And yet, judging by their worn-out condition, clearly nobody actually wants to steal them… In the end, this hotel combines penny-pinching cost-cutting with poor design choices, while maintaining completely unjustified “luxury” pretensions. This is not a real 5-star hotel. At best, it is a trendy 4-star design hotel with ambitious marketing, but seriously lacking in comfort and service.”
“A quality hotel in a great location. A few steps from the historic center and very close to the train station and many light rail lines. Excellent cleanliness. Despite the proximity to the main street, the soundproofing prevents any noise from the street. A spacious room decorated with taste and a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. The reception staff is very courteous. Highly recommended.”
“Unfortunately, due to the war and the cancellation of our flight, we contacted the hotel to ask whether it would be possible to cancel and receive a refund given the circumstances. Although we had originally chosen a non-refundable, no-cancellation option, the hotel immediately responded with kindness and understanding, offering us a full refund free of charge. We were meant to stay for 8 nights as part of our honeymoon and were only able to experience 3 of them. We are truly grateful for the consideration and compassion shown by the hotel. There is no doubt that once the situation improves, we will gladly return and book our full 8-night honeymoon stay with them. Service and understanding of this level are truly unmatched — especially when it comes to genuine humanity. We would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff and management, and we look forward to visiting you when circumstances allow. Thank you very much”
“Beautiful hotel, extremely clean. Anna and Jakob were so lovely and helped us with all our queries Spa was superb, we even treated ourselves to a massage which was exquisite Everything smelt beautiful, from the minute you walked through the front doors We had such a lovely stay, would highly recommend and we would certainly go back there Big huge 5 star ⭐️ review from us X Hilli, & Sophie”
