Tripplo’s hotel summary
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 21 October 2026 · How we review hotels
Wellness-focused travellers seeking comprehensive relaxation facilities and prime views in a central location will enjoy this luxury haven. The hotel features a multi-level spa crowned by a sky-lit indoor pool, plus diverse global dining. Guests can enjoy courtyard or city views. However, the busy central location brings street noise, and private parking requires an extra fee.
Guests score it 9.3 out of 10 — the average across the 10 hotels we list in Madrid is 9.1.
- The multi-level spa is crowned by a sky-lit indoor pool beside a sun terrace looking out over Madrid's rooftops, so swimming works in every season. There is no outdoor pool.
- The multi-level spa and wellness center features a relaxing sauna, a fully equipped fitness center, and tailored treatments designed to counteract travel fatigue.
- While secure private parking is available on-site, it comes with a premium daily surcharge. Guests may want to utilize Madrid's efficient public transit instead.
- Being in the heart of the capital means some outward-facing rooms experience city sounds. Light sleepers should request a room facing the quiet inner courtyard.

Reviews from Google“My wife and I visited the lobby bar for drinks and spent several hours there to enjoy peace and quiet. We ordered multiple rounds and were enjoying the atmosphere. Despite this, we were approached different times by different members of staff, including while we were on phone calls, asking every time whether we were hotel guests. Shortly after ordering additional drinks, we were informed by Mrs Denise, who presented herself to us as the supervisor-manager (who turned out to be a F&B attendant), that the lobby was too busy and that non-hotel guests could no longer remain seated. Our drinks had literally just arrived and were still almost full when we were asked to leave. I was given the business card of Mrs Cuesta and was told that I had 15 minutes to leave. When I expressed my disappointment about being asked to leave with unfinished drinks that I had to pay for, security was mentioned, which made the situation feel unnecessarily uncomfortable for us and escalated what could have been handled with much more discretion and professionalism. The way this situation was handled felt inconsistent with the level of hospitality and service one would expect from a Four Seasons property. We were not staying at the hotel; we were simply enjoying the lobby bar as visitors. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression of the service and the way guests of the establishment are treated, and how staff could behave towards customers. As former hospitality workers and students, a disastrous attitude of staff from such a great brand. We will make sure to avoid the place in the future.”
“Our stay at Four Seasons was truly exceptional and easily one of the best Four Seasons experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of luxury, attention to detail and service was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name!) welcomed us with such genuine happiness and warmth. He made us feel incredibly welcome from the very first moment and set the tone for what was a wonderful stay. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, attentive and genuinely caring, while the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The combination of luxury and exceptional service is what really stood out to us. We have stayed at a number of luxury hotels around the world, and this Four Seasons genuinely ranks among our favourites. A truly memorable stay and an experience we would happily repeat.”
“I had lunch at El Patio during my holidays in Madrid and besides being a beautiful very comfortable space, the food was spectacular, and the service was top notch, exceptionally friendly. Bernardo took care of our order, regularly checked-in to see if we were ok, chatted a little about Madrid and Estoril, and at the end offered us coffee and chocolates. Amazing service Bernado! Thank you for the hospitality.”
“I didn’t stay here, I came for dinner and it was fabulous! The guacamole was amazing, risotto, steak and every thing else we ordered! So flavorful and beautifully presented! The outdoor patio has great views of the Sol area of Madrid and an amazing sunset! Definitely worth a visit!”
“We had a wonderful experience at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. A very special thank you to Yassin Ben Amor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Yassin is one of those rare people who genuinely elevates the entire hotel experience. He was incredibly professional, attentive, kind, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care made us feel extremely welcomed and well looked after. Yassin is truly an asset to the Four Seasons brand and a perfect example of the level of hospitality you expect from a luxury hotel. His service was exceptional from beginning to end, and he deserves special recognition for making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Madrid and would absolutely return. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Yassin Ben Amor for making our experience so special!”
